The office provides the service of settling all kinds of disputes through arbitration, whether as arbitrators or
through representing their clients before arbitration authorities.
* The office undertakes all conciliation procedures between the parties whenever requested to do so until settling
the dispute.
* Establishing all types of companies (shareholding, limited liability, limited partnership, partnership limited by
shares, solidarity, joint venture, civil companies and exempted companies) and register them at the Ministry of
Industry and Trade, the Commercial Registry Department, the Companies Controller and the Notary Public, in
addition to the amendments made to companies, authenticating and documenting this before the mentioned
departments.
* Registration and obtaining the necessary licenses for the establishment of branches of foreign companies in the
Kingdom with Investment Commission (the General Authority for Investment), Companies Department and the
Commercial Registry Department.
* Providing the necessary consultations for local and foreign companies to choose partners, joint projects and
funding sources.
* In addition to submitting requests to benefit from the advantages of the Jordan Investment Board and obtaining
the necessary approvals for companies and institutions to benefit from the encouraging advantages
